The grocery section at this location is extremely lacking. It's good for grabbing snacks, but if you're in a hurry to grab something to fix for a quick dinner, you're pretty much wasting your time. The store grocery area would be better constituted for nothing but snacks, frozen and microwaveable type fare. The fresh food section is so limited to be essentially useless. The pharmacy is the best part of this store however with quick service and helpful, professional personnel.
This rating is not for the store. But for the starbucks kiosk. Because I was in a hurry I stopped here for a quick beverage. Not only was it nasty, but the cup was half full. I didn't realize it until I reached my destination as I was in a rush. I had to contact both starbucks and target in order to get a refund. It took me over an hour on the phone to resolve this issue.
Great experience!! Currently visiting from Boston and decided to stop in and pick up a few items I forgot to pack. I had no clue where to look, I asked Rochelle the young girl working if she could help me. She was ecstatic to help me look for my items. We talked about how she wants to visit Boston soon and how long she’s been at this target. Overall 10/10 experience!
i don’t usually post like this, but i am about to give birth and i am furious. I got a pumpkin chai with cold foam from there this morning (10/20) and now I have food poisoning. The dude who made it was really sloppy and gave it to me all sticky. I had to clean it off. I am absolutely sick right now, scared it’s gonna put me into labor.
This Target used to be better than most but the company as a whole has gone downhill in recent months. It was obvious the carts had not been restocked in hours despite it not being overly busy (there were only about 4 regular, without the extra seat for children/carrier, available but one had wonky wheel so couldn’t turn without lots of effort) and checkout lines are always backed up blocking other guests trying to shop at front of store no matter when we go. They seem to always be understaffed at customer service and our particular cashier was not properly trained because she canceled a reward that I had received for my birthday because she didn’t clearly communicate with me before selecting cancel and had to get manager to complete transaction. I’ll admit that math isn’t my strong suit but even I know 5% of my purchase subtotal ($90.42) should have been more than the $0.80 I received but after waiting for so long I was too frustrated to even bother challenging it.
I shop there frequently, store is clean and management apparently hire and train their employees to focus on the customer and do what is necessary to insure their positive experience. Also I get the impression that the employees enjoy their jobs…which impacts the overall vibe. I know this doesn’t happen unless management understands the importance of the store’s “positive”culture.
I love Target and this one is clean, fancy and brand new! Go check it out!
Store is always spotless and nicely merchandised, typically very well stocked. Staff is friendly and efficient. I always find more than I had intended to purchase.
